John wakes up on a stone slab in an unfamiliar world. He regains his memories, realizing this resembles the fantasy worlds he once longed for, but nothing is as it seems.
John is now a cannibalistic flesh golem, stranded and lost. He battles voices in his head and the core of a dark god manipulating his motivations. He has the ability to customize his body and steal souls.
If he dies, the world ends.
